SEARCH INSTRUCTIONS

When you use the LETTER BUTTONS, you get ALL formats and categories
even if you choose only one from the drop menus.

USE NO PUNCTUATION:

    - Use no periods
(REM, PIL, OMD, J GEILS, SOS, OG, MR, JR, USA, UK, et al) If the initials
you enter don't work, remove the space between them (DJ, KC, AB Skhy, kd lang)

In place of all other punctuation, leave a space instead:

    - Use no comma
(10 000, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Dino Desi & Billy)
    - Use no apostrophe (I ll, you re, can t, wouldn t, devil s, Santa s, L Apocalypse, N Dour)
    - Use no hyphen (1 5 Posse, 54 40)

ARTIST SEARCH

Firstname Lastname
(John Lennon): This is the best way. It will find other albums the artist appears on,
including compilations and albums by other artists.

Lastname Firstname (Lennon John - use no comma): Results are a little different but essentially the same
as above. It might be fun to try them both.

Lastname only (Lennon): This will get you the most responses but there often will be some you don't need
(like Julian or the Lennon Sisters)

OTHER TIPS

  • You can search the Artist, Title, Keyword box for a label name (Mercury, Bizarre, Ric Tic) or any other word that might find something of interest - like northern soul, punk or Living Stereo. Don't use any punctuation.
  • To find Quadraphonic LP's, type in the key word QUAD.
  • To find Autographed covers, type in the key word AUTOGRAPHED.
  • If you don't know an exact title, enter as much as you do know and it might still be found. Just don't use any punctuation.
